I’m not even sure I know where to begin talking about my writing, and how important it is to me. I may not always dedicate the time I need to my writing projects and ideas, but that doesn’t make my passion for it any less. The written word has always meant a great deal to me, and I’ve been dreaming up stories since I was a kid. My writing helped me get through some tough times when I was in college, and it’s introduced me to all sorts of people, many of which I still call friends.

For the most part, I write fiction, and most of that fiction falls under the fantasy/sci-fi umbrella (and their sub-genres). I have written some non-fiction, mostly for the e-zine WoodWorks while it was active. I’ve tried to write general fiction, but some fantastical element always manages to squeeze it’s way in. I can’t help it.

Right now, there aren’t very many places I have my writing available for viewing. I’ve been keeping a sort of mini-blog on Etchings, and you can find some of my academic writings there now, along with some of my shorter bits and pieces and comments on writing activities. It’s a bit out of date, but I’m hoping to breathe some new life into it again in the coming year.
